Thanks to a 3 run second inning, and a 4 run third inning, the Astros started fast and never looked back in the matchup with the Rangers on Friday night. Greinke pitched a great game for Houston, and the Rangers played like the Rangers do sometimes…lethargic and just kind of showing up, but not really.
The Rangers move to 18-22 on the year. The Angels lost as well, so Texas is still half a game up from last in the AL West. They are now on a 4 game losing streak.
Game 3 of the series with Houston is Saturday night at 7:10 with Dane Dunning going up against Luis Garcia.
