Wild Card Weekend Keeps Rolling

Day 2 of some amazing football!!!! I’ll be real, I was feeling pretty stupid at halftime of Chargers vs Jags last night, and it somehow and someway worked out pretty dang close to how I said. Completely an accident!!!! 1 pm est!!!!!

Well, we are going to have a lot more content and stuff coming for next week in the Divisional Round and typically the best weekend of the year. I am nervous as can be about my Cowboys tomorrow night, which I will talk about tomorrow, but let’s get into the games today. Nothing crazy, really, just my picks and we will see what happens. 2 of these 3 games might not be competitive and the other one may be competitive, but it might be boring to most. Not to me… let’s get it! Odds come from Draft Kings

Miami Dolphins @ Buffalo Bills – 13.5 and Over/Under is 43.5 points

Tua is out for Miami which is a shame. On paper, Buffalo should blow these guys out every time they play. But this year, both games were within 5 with Buffalo winning both How? Nobody really knows! 🙂 This will be different. Buffalo will still be riding the emotional side of the Damar Hamlin situation. I really don’t think Miami has a chance. But this is also the NFL and in the playoffs, something dumb happens every year at least once. Could this be the one? I doubt it! Buffalo wins by less than 14 but the point total hits over.

New York Giants @ Minnesota Vikings – 3 and Over/Under is 48 points

The Giants have won a TON of one score games this year….. but so have Minnesota. This is the hardest game to pick. It really is. I have seen Minnesota win by 30 this year and I have seen them blown out by 40. But again, both them and the Giants win almost all of these one score games. It is bizarre. If I was putting life changing money on this game, I couldn’t do it. I would bet on Minnesota winning this only because of Dalvin Cook and Justin Jefferson. But I also see Kirk Cousins completely popping his pants and throwing 5 picks. ha! This is a coin flip but I am taking Minnesota and the under on points

Baltimore Ravens @ Cincinnati Bengals – 8.5 and Over/Under is 40.5 points

Ravens have a third string quarterback as well. The Lamar Jackson situation is beyond weird and I think he is laying back a bit to not get hurt to make sure he gets his insane free agent contract next year. This does not mean he is not hurt…. He most definitely is, but he is also smart enough to know with a business decision that they are not winning the Super Bowl and it is not worth trying to force yourself to play and get hurt and screw yourself up for next year.

With that being said, the Bengals are on a 7 game winning streak and they are hot! And if you are a fan, you do know, the Super Bowl winners happen when teams get super hot at the right time. Bengals for sure fall into this category. I got Bengals to win by 10+ and it will be over 40 points. Oh, and Burrow is starting a soybean farm if that interests anyone. Not really starting a farm, but he is getting into a strange business that would be funny if you knew how cool Joe B is and the weird stuff he is into. Check it out here!

Enjoy the games and pray for my Cowboys tomorrow night!!!! 🙂
